Drinks can be purchased at the bar.  The Capital Room* will serve as our Hospitality Room for Friday and Saturday evenings.

*Food and beverage from outside the hotel will not be permitted in the Capital Room.

During the day Saturday, visit nearby Grapevine Mills Mall or the Bass Pro Shop Outdoor World.  A shuttle departs the 15th minute of each hour and drops off at Bass Pro Shop and then onto Grapevine Mills Mall. The return shuttle picks up on the 20th minute of each hour at Grapevine Mills Mall and then continues to the Bass Pro Shop before returning to the Conference Center.

For golfers, the Cowboy Golf Course is located nearby just below the dam of Grapevine Lake. Main Street in Grapevine offers a quaint, old-fashioned area with antique shops, gift shops, and eateries See the new Gaylord Texan Resort on the shores of Lake Grapevine.

The Hilton offers The Vineyard Restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Evening dining is available at the Meritage, a Texas Grille and Wine Room, well known for its Texas wine offerings. Enjoy billiards or a sports game on TV at the Boardroom. The hotel has an indoor pool and workout room (guests pay a nominal fee).

The Saturday evening event will be an informal gathering at Austin Ranch, located next to the hotel.  Wear your jeans – be comfortable – as you continue visiting with longtime friends and enjoy a barbecue buffet.  Reminisce to the sound of oldies music.

As an added feature, we will hold a raffle Saturday evening. Tickets available at the registration table. So make your plans now to join us at the 40th!

*SOC Reunion guests staying at the AmeriSuites may also use the Hilton shuttle services.
