MEMORIES, MEMORIES, MEMORIES!!!!!     Living the Beaver Cleaver life and didn't even know it.  Walking to & from Lisbon Elementary with my best friend, Carol Ann Giltner, never worrying about strangers and the bad things that could happen--in fact, guess I didn't Know any bad people.

My first kiss--Zumwalt and all the pre-teenage jitters, sock-hops, fainting in Coach Malone's biology class; Mr. Linz throwing me out of band (wonder what happened to his Corvette?) and so many more Jr. High memories.

THEN entering high school and becoming a SOCite---it was like hallowed ground--making new friends and more wonderful memories.  That great SOC band gave me goose bumps when they played our fight song and alma mater and the DEBS----they were the best and always will be.  The crowded hallways--getting lost, French class (yea, Miss Hess), Latin class(boo!), Miss Hatcher, Mr. Matthews.  Mr first car!!!  Cedar Canyon on Saturday nights, falling off the stage, Linda Gibson giving me her clothes when my house burned.

These memories and many. many more and all the wonderful friendships are the main reasons I attend all our reunions--I get so excited when I see who has signed up to come--each person a different memory--a part of my life that helped shape who I am today.  I have had a fantastic 57 years so far (much, much more good than bad-thank the Lord) but the SOC years, I'll always remember as the "good ole Days", when we were young and innocent and ready to conquer the world.  I still see every one as we were then, but only through older eyes.

It doesn't matter what has happened in between those years----we all shared a special time in a special place that makes us all bound together for life---SO----please everyone come and let's reminiscence about all the good times and catch up with the between years.

The committee is working hard to plan this reunion for us.  Nobody has to dress up or "put on airs"--just blue jeans and lots of talking about the "good ole days"!!!!!!!

                  SEE YOU THERE-----------------I HOPE!!!!!!!!!
